A very active retiree, my career in marketing helped me to make honest assessments. You always want to see the positives around you but must be realistic in the way you present your views. My life-long love for travel and nature blossomed into a passion for bird photography 10 years ago. My husband and I split our time in the USA in 2 very birdy places, south Florida and Cape May, New Jersey. We bird outside the country 6 to 8 weeks of the year, largely in the Neo-tropics, often in Colombia.

Recently purchased two articles described as T-shirts but they are so much nicer and more versatile than the description. I like both very much and can dress them up with nice slacks or emphasize the casual in jeans.

The purchase process was easy, delivery on time, the small size perfect for my frame and the material very comfortable.

These were my first buys from LightInTheBox but they will not be my last.

Unhappy with my long-time resource for creating greeting cards from my bird photos; I tried Collage for a few images. Though the site offers many options in designs and colors, their customer service agents are very limited in design assistance. When I ran into problems multiple times in creating a border around an image on the front of the card; customer service was of little help. I doubt I will use this site again to create cards. But I did order a poster collage of several of my bird images and I am pleased with the results. The collage was easy to create and no doubt as their name implies, collages, not cards, are their forte.

Tip for consumers:
Disappointing site for individual cards but good for traditional collages.

Tried buying an e-card for Amazon through Giftya several weeks before Christmas 2021. After several time consuming attempts, it appeared I was successful. But just a few seconds after I received a text saying my e-card had been sent to the recipient, I received a second text saying the transaction had failed. It was suggested I start from scratch and try again. No thanks.

Tip for consumers:
That the site is NOT user friendly.

My husband made the reservation for 4 people at Panini on the Bay in Tuckerton, NJ. The reservation was made on line on Resy.com.

Upon arrival at the very busy restaurant, we were told we had no reservation because we had cancelled it. We had not cancelled: the resy app had.

The restaurant staff was very sympathetic to our situation and found a booth for us---where we all enjoyed excellent meals.

This was the second time Resy failed for my husband. They will not get a third opportunity.

I wrote a positive review on a phyisician I have been seeing for several years. I was told the review would be up in 48 hours. It never went up despite my contacting the site to ask why. I will no longer use this resource to evaluate doctors. I do not trust it.

We have dined at the DeRomo restaurant several times and were never disappointed in the food or service. But most recently we have been shopping in the delightful gourmet market there.

The Gourmet Market offers imported, domestic, conventional, and organic products from all over the world nestled among their impressive meat, seafood, prepared foods, deli, produce, bakery, coffee bar, cheeses, extensive wine selection, gift basket center and much more.

Definitely worth a look... and a taste.

Tip for consumers:
Go for lunch or dinner and leave time for shopping.

The Fogg Cafe is the jewel in the crown of the Naples Botanical Garden. The Garden is a lovely place to walk, bird and learn about plants and flowers. And it is so very nice to begin or end your day with breakfast or late lunch at the Cafe. Dine outdoors next to a pond filled with Water Lillies and you will feel like you are seated in Monet's Gardens. It is a simple place, but the food is well prepared and beautifully presented.

Tip for consumers:
If you live in the Naples area, joining the Botanical Garden is a great idea. Return often and get your money's worth. We do.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday March 8 to a friend in a care facility. They were not delivered and when I inquired on March 12, I was told they would be delivered on March 13. They were not. Nor were they delivered on the 14 as promised. Speaking on the phone to inquire and air complaints was difficult with a very poor connection. NOT a company I would EVER do business with again.

So after repeated bad service, their only response is that I will get a refund? Also totally unacceptable. Ordering flowers is most often an emotional investment: someone has died, is ill, or celebrating a special occasion. Giving a refund "solves" their problem but does nothing for the sender... or the recipient. They did not just have 3 strikes out, they never informed me that the first delivery never made it. Bad performance, worse communication.
