Order #*******, I purchased BW & Color HP cartridges, the message on the printer kept saying their was a problem with the cartridges, I sent several messages Without any response. They took my money and sent defective products. WARNING if this happens to anyone please File a Dispute with your Bank, Credit Card co, PayPal or whatever payment method used so this company ca be "Flagged" for their Scam.

I stop trading with them about 7 years ago because Everytime I was in profit and tried to close the trade a pop-up box would say something like "action not possible" by the time I could close I was No longer in profit. They claimed the problem was a "unique" problem with my platform/computer. I did file a complaint with the CTFC which resulted in absolutely Nothing. Back then I lost about $3,500.
Gave me a Study guide with nearly half all wrong answers, then they ignored my complaint, a waste of $45.00
