I ordered soap flowers as a Christmas gift. They were supposed to arrive on December 22 and have still not arrived. I have been told conflicting stories by the customer service representative. The first one on December 24 told me they would either arrive by 8 on that night or would be delivered Christmas morning. They did not arrive. I got the run around on December 25 and was told that there was a special agent handling it who would be calling me. No one called me! On the 26th one agent told me that the quota had been met by the seller and my product was never shipped even though their update showed that it was in transit. Another agent has now told me that the product is not longer available. It is still listed for sale on their website.
