Months ago, I reviewed Replace my Cushions negatively, because they had not sent my cushions, and they had not alerted me as to the reason. But, after I emailed them, they redeemed themselves! Joyce, and another employee spoke with me personally by phone. They explained that my requested material was on back order. They offered to give me a different material for free, and I accepted. So, although I found the initial interaction less than professional, they proved themselves to be a company of real people who care, and they made up for the delay.
