Had an account with them. Then I change phone number and they said you can't update numbers you need to make a new account so I did. All good and worked. Then this week I have over £200 in the account and they have blocked all cards and account as I have two accounts? They do not reply to emails and no contact number so takes weeks! I have children and no access to my money! I have sent over 10 emails to them with no reply!
Outrageous service! Do not use!
They charge fees also!
I just need my card unlocked to buy groceries and things we need and they do not reply!
Avoid at all costs!
