I deleted my account mistakenly, thinking it was just my online account. Nintendo did not respond for months and then refused to do anything. They refused a refund even though I sent receipts and wouldn't even give a proper apology. I have lost £100s. I have read other reviews with similar stories, they do not care about their customers and are happy to lose them and hoard their money. Please don't buy from this company. The customer service were quite petty in their response. Many times they had said "we're sorry you feel like this". When I pointed out how long it had taken to respond and that this was not a proper apology they responded "we did apologize". This is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I have attached this below.

Tip for consumers:
Don't delete your account, it makes your switch useless. Unfortunately this is not clear enough.

Products used:
I bought a Nintendo switch and some games. I had no problems with these until I mistakenly deleted my account. Nintendo do not have good customer service, it is unprofessional and often they refuse to help, refund, compensate or give a real apology. Their products are very expensive and it is unfair to do this to people.
