Email support address is not available, i have requested instructions about a new security alarm i bought which didn't have any programming instructions in the box, i will send it back and ask for refund

I own 2 Digoo products, the NVR DG-XME and one ip camera DG-M1Z, these used to work fine together for about 9 months, in February the ip camera started to cause the NVR to loose video feed from all the other cameras, as stand alone the camera works fine, both devices have the latest firmware, i have send several email to ******* which is not operational, i have send them several messages on their facebook page and all i got from them is to restart the devices, they don't have serious tech support at all, the problem persists for more than a month and that was all the response from tech support if there is any, i think there is not tech support at all, just a facebook page user relpying to customers with fixed answers


28 orders so far, i haven't received 5 of them in time and they have refunded, their refund progress is rather slow, i will keep using it.


I have only placed one order at them a quadcopter (value 17) and received it after 87 days, they are not going to get any other order from me.

I have placed about 400 orders in 3 years, i have received some bad products but they have refunded, i am still buying through this platform.


In 2 years i have placed about 50 orders and only one was defective, they have refunded, i recomment it

My first and last order was an Adata microsd card 128 Gb and after 2 months i have received a Counterfeit card, they have refunded but i am not going to order again from them.

The last 2 years i have placed several orders at Gearbest, 4 of them the didn't have the product and they have refunded after i opened a ticket, 7 of them they send me defective products, i am not gonna buy from them again.
