Thanks for ruining my anniversary. I paid for Saturday delivery. So nice to get an email that I should be happy my flowers may be delivered Tuesday. Wow only four days late and counting. I hope you go out of business and quit ruining people's celebrations.

Hi Thom! We are so sorry about the delay in your package. We use UPS Express to deliver all of our packages and once they are in the hands of UPS we cannot control when they will deliver but our company policy is to reship any roses that have been delayed due to UPS. Since you declined a reshipment we did offer you a $200 gift card.
