Ordered a present for Xmas. Got order and shipping confirmation, delivery scheduled for 22-23rd of December. It was never delivered and told me after several contacts that the item was out of stock. This happens, but the info I got was misleading, pretending my package would arrive. They also put my status on "returned by customer" on Bol.com website, so I could not write a review. Not OK.
Tip for consumers: ask for a track and trace code when they confirm your packages has been shipped.
