I bought a piece of software from these people. It rejected the serial number clearly printed on the package, and will not install. An email to the address from which the order acknowledgement bounced. Messages left on the website have been ingnored. (Fortuanately I paid by PayPal, my next port of call.)

Terrible customer service. The item I ordered was supposed to arrive in 25 business days. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email to gearbest and they told my to check with my post office and wait 2 more weeks! Finally, after the imposed 45 day wait, they offered (1) credit [but I will ever buy from them again!], (2) to pay an extra $1.99 to track the package [preposterous], (3) refund but with a deduction for postage costs [ridiculous]. They then sent endless emails asking if I wanted a refund, ignoring all replies that I did. It took a PayPal claim to get the money out of them.
