Terrible customer service. The item I ordered was supposed to arrive in 25 business days. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email to gearbest and they told my to check with my post office and wait 2 more weeks! Finally, after the imposed 45 day wait, they offered (1) credit [but I will ever buy from them again!], (2) to pay an extra $1.99 to track the package [preposterous], (3) refund but with a deduction for postage costs [ridiculous]. They then sent endless emails asking if I wanted a refund, ignoring all replies that I did. It took a PayPal claim to get the money out of them.
