I ordered from this company on December 10th. It is now January 27th and I still don't have my order. I have emailed them numerous times and every time I just receive the exact same email saying that my order was sent back because I gave them the wrong address. My address is on my order confirmation and it is correct. I responded the first time telling them it was correct, but I gave them my address again. They responded thanking me and said my order would be on its way. Weeks later I once again requested a tracking number. They responded with the exact same email - word for word, saying that my address was incorrect. When I told them that they already tried that excuse and it isn't true, they responded with it must have gotten stolen on route. Which is it? I have asked for a refund numerous times and they keep saying it's on it's way. I live in Arizona. We only have about two months of chilly weather. We are already up to 75 degrees this week. My son will not need a hoodie anymore this year and it won't fit him next year. Save yourself the headache. Don't order from this company!
