I recently became a seller on The RealReal and I have been so impressed by the due diligence and authentication process they put the items through! I just wish they could speed up the process a bit as it has been a month since I dropped off 10 luxury bags and they still have not cleared them for sale. I bought two Fendi shoes on their site and have complete faith in the site!

Kudos to Julie Vos and their prompt, courteous customer service! I couldn't get a promo code to work that was expiring that day, they responded to my inquiry the next day and extended the promo for me. I ordered the gorgeous earrings and they arrived two days later! Now that was easy!

Excellent customer service- love the way they make the customer feel pretty and vibrant! I only wish they had more sales!

Buyers on Poshmark scam sellers like myself! A buyer named Noelle in California stole my Chanel earrings claiming she wanted to return them because a post was bent and the props used in my picture didn't get sent to her! Ridiculous! She mailed back everything I had packed the earrings in EXCEPT the earrings! And Poshmark has not been helpful whatsoever!
