I was sending flowers to a friend who got hospitalized. I paid on the 17th of February with a scheduled delivery on the 21st of February. I called them on the 20th of February because I was told that my friend will only get home on the 22nd and wanted to schedule the delivery for the 22nd. I got transferred to the ACCOUNTING department (nobody told me why), then they told me that they wanted to discuss details with me about the order and that this was NOT CONFIRMED! If I don't call them they would have NEVER delivered the flowers (yet they took my money immediately). At no point did they reach out to me via phone or email saying, hey, please call us regarding to your order. NOTHING!
So anyway, when everything was squared out I asked to deliver on the 22nd instead. They said no problem. Then I got an email on the 21st saying it was delivered. Thanks! RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARELESS MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMERS ARE THE LAST TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY WANT TO PLEASE! They don't care if they ruin your occasion because they never reached out to me to call them and if I did not call them they would not have delivered my flowers, yet they were completely content about taking my money IMMEDIATELY!
SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! LAST TIME (and first) I USED YOUR SERVICE!
