I would not have purchased from this company if I had realized they were based overseas. I was trying to avoid the problems I am having now. Their website had a Houston, TX address. I felt they were reputable. I placed my order on 12/6/2021. It was supposed to be processed within 1-3 days. As far as delivery times, I found out after the fact that there are different delivery times listed on their website. I have sent pictures proving the different dates and they continue to state that there are no different dates listed. The order was shipped on 12/20/2021. Fourteen days processing time, not 1-3. It was received on 1/6/2022. I ordered and paid for the premium sherpa, x-large 60"x80", but I received the microfleece, 43.5"x71" (Not even a listed size option). They said they manufactured my blanket as ordered. Not true. I sent them a pic as proof of the size and material of the blanket I received. I sent a picture from their website showing the difference between the two types of material. They offered me a new blanket and 30% off my next purchase. I will never order from them again, or a 30% refund and I keep the incorrect blanket, or I pay full shipping to return it to China, which they state will be expensive, to receive my full refund. I will not pay a dime to return this blanket. Wrong size. Wrong material. Processed in 14 days NOT 1-3. Various shipping dates on their website. Wanted ME to pay return shipping to China or Vietnam NOT Houston, TX even though their website says free shipping/returns for items over $100. Rip off!

Today, 1/23/2022, I was notified that Paypal sided with the seller even though they lied about free shipping and returns on items over $100. This is clearly stated on the front page of their website and I sent proof of this to Paypal! However, since in the Refunds and Returns sections Praise2Heaven says the total opposite, Paypal sided with an obviously deceitful seller.

I placed an order on June 1,2020. Never received an order confirmation. The next day they claimed they never received my payment. At that point, I knew something was up so I asked for a refund. They continued to tell me they hadn't received payment. My credit card said the payment was pending. Once I contacted my credit card to dispute the charges they sent a tracking number. I check the tracking every day, yesterday nothing, today it says the package was delivered July 1st. I have not received the NFL hoodie I ordered!
