I ordered 3 items on 9/28/2016. I contacted them via live chat and asked for my status and they claimed items shipped. Then I rec'd an email stating 2 out of 3 items were out of stock and asked me to substitute items. Since then, no tracking number or shipping confirmation, no merchandise. The time frames they claim for shipping and tracking info are lies. Avoid this vendor.
