Ava's adds $25 junk fees that don't show up til after you place your order. They told me they could not find a flower shop to accommodate the bouquet I ordered, so they ordered the pictures you see on my initial review, from another state and flew them in on an over nite FedEx flight charging the above. Any flower shop in St. Louis or St. Louis county could have filled this order, there was nothing special about the flowers.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter just out of the hospital to be delivered This past Monday. Received a call from staff that said they could not find a shop to put them together, that the would be upgraded and delivered today, June 14.
They look like a bunch someone else threw out. I'm so angry and for what these cost basically they stole my money and as soon as he asked for the order number, all emails from them disappeared and they hung up on me.

I have lots of pictures my son took. These guys are big time scammers

The most comfortable dog harness over ever seen and super easy to put on. Once you've adjusted the neck band and belly band, it literally takes 3 seconds.
I keep looking it over and it is well-made, it's lightweight, neckband where it fits against dogs neck is covered in silky fabric so it doesn't catch ear fur or irritate the neck in any way, three pieces of hardware topside to attach leash plus a handle on top to grab if you need to or use it like I do, for the dog bags, empty or full, I don't have to touch them either. This company really thought about comfort and how a dog needs to move because nothing on this harness chafes, I first fo und this on F/book, but because Fb is not a safe site, ie scammers and identity theft, I go straight to the site to purchase. The customer service is helpful and friendly and shipping is free. I think the Buddy is still on sale for $35 and tax which is half off regular price, comes in 4 colors, your dogs name us printed on a black soft plastic in big white letters and it velcros to both sides. Winnie is a small to medium west highland terrier who weight 18#, she took a medium. They have small, medium and large and just so simple to use. And a weight chart for each size. I'm sending pics of ours in Lime green from every angle and you tube has a video to show you how it goes on and how to adjust neck and belly bands. I'm ver visual so even though I read how to do it, I needed to see how. I just wanted to share with others who want their pets to be safe and pulling on the leash around the neck isn't the way, but neither is the way some of the harnesses out there are made. Stiff material that goes under each front or hind leg and digs into the dogs sensitive flesh is not the way either. Harness buddy's back and neck are curved and sits far enough behind neck so there's no irritation or rubbing, the neck piece itself is lined on the inside with a silky fabric and sits below the neck on the upper chest. I like everything about this harness and Winnie, who's afraid of most everything, has no aversion to it at all. It's comfortable, her legs are strap free and it's simple.

I know Sitejabber likes to have a pic of the invoice, but it's now gone from the online purchase and I didn't think to take a picture of it. So I'll put it on Winnie she's a tad scruffy right now but ill send the picture fir you to see.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF TARGET…
Purchased from a Target Store was a nail trimmer geared for Seniors. It's so sharp, especially the tip, that I ended up with 3 bleeding toes. As you can see by the pics, it's long and curved so it only cuts one way but, if you have poor eyesight or shaky hands, this is not for you. It is wickedly sharp and the tip, which is the part you would use to get the very ends of a nail, or an ingrown nail, is what caused most of the bleeding. I always soak my toenails in hot water before I cut as toenails become much harder and more difficult to cut as we age.
So, please, for safety's sake, see a Podiatrist if you don't see well enough or your hands aren't steady enough to do the job yourself. Like a dummy, I threw away the box it came in and dont recall the name, but the pain caused by this trimmer, I remember. Please, if you saw this clipper and thought about buying it, DONT!

This is NOT a slam against the legitimate PayPal site. Until I came in today I had no idea there were so many scammers using their name. Toward the end of October 2022, I was online with a company that people who work with clay use. In the middle of the sale, someone acting as PayPal phished me so I cancelled and turned off the iPad. About 10 min. Later, I tried again with the same outcome.
I immediately googled PayPal only to get the people who were phishing me. They wanted all my information, but the woman asking the questions couldn't get anything right. Over and over asked me to repeat and repeat at which point I cancelled that call and immediately called the credit card company and we locked my card. I cannot bring myself to use PayPal anymore for fear of a repeat incident, and this is the shame of what scammers do to, not just the buyers, but the legitimate companies they are scamming. I know I'm not alone. I just don't know who to trust anymore and it's a bad feeling.
I wish we could stop the rape of businesses and consumers. It gets worse every year and they seem to get smarter.
Pay attention to the banners and icons with online merchants you do business with, take a screen shot that you can compare with whoever new, you are considering making a purchase from BEFORE you give out information, which is what I should have done and have since implemented.

2 years ago I went to Burlington near me and did a lot of looking around. I saw a mix of poor to better quality throughout. To me it's like a kohls or a Target, but there are some nicer brand name items. Example: I needed winter boots and did find and purchase a pair of baretraps that I still wear. I think if you can find a store you can visit, that's your best bet

I bought 2 tops online from Nordstrom Rack. Nordstrom itself has beautiful clothing and shoes, I never thought the rack would be any less, maybe older merchandise. I was warned that the tops might bleed and to wash in cold which I did on delicate. Dont know what went on the washer but they seemed ok when I removed them. Then I noticed a white bra worn with the light gray top, was now gray all over and I chalked it up to the art studio where I volunteer. I thought I must have been sweating a lot which was possible in a hot kiln room. Yesterday I hand washed the same gray top in cold water, rinsing it thru my hands and the water turned dark gray. The second rinse was much the same color so I air dried it and noticed this morning, white patches in the thin gray material, where there had been color. The brand purchased is Susina. Tried to find out who mfg. Is with no luck and no luck with country of origin either. I've also noticed that Sitejabber is on top of the rack and it's the first time I've ever seen the number of poor reviews close to matching the OK reviews. I'm going to try to return this and get my money back. Wish me luck

I bought a Radley London trifold wallet from zulily on sept. 21. A plum leather wallet with a triangle on front and entire back in gold. I noticed that the gold was slowly dismissing off the back of the wallet and kept trying to think what I might have done to cause that but could not. I didn't drop it and it wasn't in a purse or tote to be scratched by anything because I don't carry either. When I come home from shopping, my wallet goes immediately in a padded drawer. Last week I was headed to the store and stuck a post-it note with a short list on the back of the wallet. All the gold is now adhered Across the sticky top of the post it note. I sent a picture along with a request to return payment which they agreed to this one time only, their email says, and, next time I must return within 30 days. My granddaughter always had good luck buying prom dresses from zulily but it appears that not everything they sell is up to snuff and I learned from reviews that they also carry a lot of foreign items from our favorite country, yep China! So they responded quickly to both emails and the picture, and you may have a good experience there or you may not.

Sept. Of 2019 began looking for a new rug at a doable price. Had bought from erugs.com before, but their prices were a little too high this time around so I checked out rubgs.com which had a lovely selection and price, at least the picture was gorgeous. I checked the rug out on 3 different sites and the picture was the same, thick gorgeous 2-1/2" high pile infinity shag, but no reviews on any of the sites. I assumed it was a newer item from Turkey and after checking out hundreds of area rugs over 5 sites, went back to rugs.com with every confidence that I'd done my homework. This website had beautiful rugs and many, many 4 & 5 star reviews. The rug I got weighed no more than 25 lbs., I'm a 76 yr old female and I carried it down 9 steps to my apt., opened it up and honestly did not know what I was looking at. Looked nothing like the picture, was laying down in every direction and looked like straggly, sparse witches hair. I knelt down and could see each individual fiber, where it was looped and the entire carpet backing. When I stepped on it, it was like walking on the floor because there wasn't enough carpet to give it any cushion. Maybe the machine ran out of carpet or maybe they are all like this I don't know. What I do know is this: cust. Serv. Is easy, they responded to my email in 3 minutes, explained that it's hard to know If there is anything wrong with an item, whether it's a chair or a rug, as everything comes wrapped direct from the supplier, apologized In earnest, immediately emailed printable return labels and directions how to wrap for shipping and offered me fedex for $5.00 and returned payment the day they rec'd the rug and emailed me that info. They did say this rug was a new item which explains why there were no reviews. I'm just saying, what we all know, you can't count on the pictures. Was it just a bad apple?

In fairness to rugs.com, they have good standing as an etailer, and outstanding customer service. I might Give them a 2nd chance if I saw something wonderful. Has anyone else dealt with this company?

My reviews are on this site and many people have responded to them.
This money grubbing group bilks people like you out of your hard earned money and gets away with it.
Help me shut them down by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in your area. Most importantly, DONT CALL THEM!

Tip for consumers:
I think I’ve said it. Don’t Call, if they call you hang up immediately, they are strong arm artists and rude and crude and one of the worst scammers I’ve ever reviewed.

Scammers and credit card fraud

On behalf of myself and everyone else this company has rear-ended, I have filed a formal complaint with the federal trade commission against them. I never order from a company unless thoroughly researched and I got sucked into the beautiful clothing in a pop up. Worse, when I googled about the company this morning after noticing the Chinese letters with my order number, and realized I had stepped into a scammers delight, I knew I would never see my money again, I happened to luck into a site that posted all the reviews and they were bad! No way to talk to anyone, no response to how to return an item, items going to other states and when they were received, we're not at all like the items posted on the site. Can hardly wait for mine if I ever get it. They use the cheapest thinnest cloth, plastic and rubber to make absolute crap. I was concerned and called the bank to see if there had been any activity, to find out this Chinese outfit had made 4 attempts to enter my account now that they have all the info. Annie cloth is a scam, do not give them your information and don't open their email. If I receive my item, I will take pic of it and of what I thought I was getting and send it. I hope this info helps someone else.
