Couldn't find my $1300 monitor in shipping for weeks, would not provide me a refund until they found the box, even though both the shipping company (fedex) and the NewEgg employee both stated they have no idea where it is. So newegg is holding onto my money until they find this package, pretty cool eh? Part of their "assured customer return" system where they want to make sure I am absolutely screwed while I wait for my purchase. Oh, and the return period? Starts upon purchase, so my 30 days is almost up at this point, haven't even received the item. Pretty awful all around.
