*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***
My personal experience with the owner Mr Philip Browne was pretty unpleasant and dreadful (well towards the end of the transaction anyway...). It all started off from myself contacted the company trying to negotiate the best price like anyone would. He will then tell you his little story about they make signs for Wayfair and ship all over the world. He will also tell you to stay away from his competitors such as Neon Beach (something I probably regret) because of their poor quality products etc.

Once everything agreed, things started to go downhill. The first issue was the time frame, he didn't commit to the time frame (which was set by HIMSELF). He then blamed it on the courier for not turning up for the collection. When he finally shipped the sign, somehow it got returned back to him 'damaged' and will need extra few days to make a new one.

Secondly, the actual quality workmanship of the finishing product is not to standard, lot's of surface scratches and chipping around the edge of the sign (photos proof available), no quality check what-so-ever. When I queried this with him, he blamed me for knocking the price down, even though he was the one who set the price.

Finally, when he asked me to return the item back for a refund, he will give you a different address to send it back to. He then claimed that he did not receive the item, even though UPS tracking shows it's been delivered (Tracking number: 1Z5773x*******447).

BEWARE guys... This is a scam... If Neon Beach quality is poor, at least you will still end up with a product, where as now for me, I am out of pocket. I will be contacting my bank and various departments and file some claim reports as well as seeking legal advice.
