EVERY STEP OF THE WAY THE CUSTOMER NEED TO ASK WHAT IS WRONG. YOU MIGHT GET AN ANSWER A FEW DAYS LATER. WHEN THAT IS DONE YOU WAIT A WEEK THINKING THAT THE PROCESS IS MOVING FORWARD. THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO. IM THINKING THAT I GAVE THIS GROUP $520 OF DOOR KNOBS THAT ARE NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. ***TO ALL. ****THIS GROUP IS HARD TO DEAL WITH. THERE MUST BE SOMETHING BETTER. UNLESS YOU LIKE FRUSTRATION AND NEVER GETTING YOUR PACKAGE I RECOMEND GOING ELESWHERE FOR THIS SERVICE
