OMG I'm going through the same thing as y'all. I don't normally shop online and will not do so unless it's Belks, Sephora, etc. I purchased a couple of items and just like y'all they took my money right away. Then they only shipped two out of three items which took 3 weeks to receive which I then realized it's coming from China. The items I did recieve aren't what I expected. I've emailed customer service since there is no contact #. I'm getting a run around and I'm sure they will start ignoring me because I will continue to contact them. It's scarey that the same company has a multitude of different names Belle Lily is one of them. Lesson learned---I will never do this again! If anyone has advice on what I should do next please let me know.
