“The Organization of VRBO is awful”

Tried contacting VRBO for an issue with a rental issue and they never fixed or attempted to correct the issue.

They are a terrible business. They do not deal with peoples valid issues when they arise, especially for a home owner renting.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE A RENTAL OWNER
