Don't get me wrong, they have amazing shoes but please don't need to return them and need a refund for any reason, I have been waiting since September for my refund and still nothing. Their customer service sucks. The phone number that they give you is no longer in service and it takes 10 emails to get a response. They are so unorganized. I was told that the accounting department and customer service department were in two different places and it's hard to get accounting department on the phone. So customer service had no way to check on my refund. How is that possible? Do you not work at the same company? Is there not inter office emails?!? What is truly going on over there?!? I want my refund NOW!
