This company takes money from account and then the driver demands being paid in cash. No response from company at all. No answer from email and cut off on phone without speaking to anyone. Terrible serivice here in Thailand.
Paid into wrong Paypal account then lied to me saying do not touch it as after 30 days it went back to them to transfer to correct account. After promise to pay correct account adopter first problem sorted they still paid into wrong account. NOW NOT PAYING ME AT ALL. I'm a top seller!?
Say that Import tax already paid. Had to pay it myself and now they won't reply having made me go all way myself to Post Office to collect item. Where is my refund for TAX Lazada? 100% bad service.
LATEST IS THAT THEY HAVE REPLIED TO ME VIA THIS SITE. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE REQUESTED MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS 3 TIMES WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN 3 TIMES. STILL NO MONIES REFUNDED. ***BE CAREFUL***.
