A lot of their clothing requires special attention for washing instructions
Customer service is no help and takes forever to get them.
I'd give them 2.5 but not 3 stars so 2 stars... I very much think they should rethink where their manufacturing is done.
Tip for consumers:
Currently, orders $100+ are free freight if you scout a coupon or probably just not check out until they send a reminder on a cart over $100. Expect made in China product but charging like made in the UK or US. Returns are currently subject to a $7.50 return fee. Shipping is by fedex smartpost so expect lengthy shipping. If returns were free, and I feel like they should be by what they charge for their clothing - I'd probably give 3 Stars (middle/average) Cannot recommend using them at this time

MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU MAKE A CODE HERE, THAT IT IS NOT DIRECTED TO THEIR SITE AND THEN REDIRECTED TO YOURS. After the 14 day trial, they control the link and if you ever decide to quit their service, the codes will cease to work.
Dishonest, Wrong, Deceitful, and bad business practice. We're reprinting our stickers that is going to cost us a good amount because of these mark shkreli thinking evil jerks. Sending negative and bad vibes being directed towards all the employees of this EvilCorp. They're part of what is wrong with the world.
MAKE SURE TO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND FIND A QR CODE GENERATOR THAT DOESN'T CREATE LINKS TO THEMSELVES AND THEN REDIRECT TO YOU. THIS PRACTICE CAN HOLD YOU HOSTAGE UNLESS YOU PAY THE MONTHLY RANSOM FEE.

No results, never modified our data, every time we'd make a change it would be reversed, horrible customer service, horrible editor, horrible experience. You've been warned. 7K down the tube for one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.
