I am writing today to bring to your attention the phenomenal quality of food, service, and overall experience I have had the numerous times I have attended your restaurant.

The dining service is impeccable, I have never felt neglected by my waiter or waitress even during the dinner rush. The bread that is given before every meal is a remarkable compliment to any meal a customer could possibility order. I also love the various features offered; they are always unique and delicious.

A similar experience can be said for the bar atmosphere. As soon as I am finished with my drink I am offered another. The bartenders also make astonishing mixed drinks (Sangarita's are my favorite). The happy hour appetizers and drinks are another exceptional element to the restaurant. I often find myself just ordering appetizers because they are offered at such a great price. The glasses for each different beer are also an awesome addition to the drink.

I am writing today to bring to your attention the modest quality of pizza I received from Fellini's pizza shop. I ordered a pizza to be delivered on February 1st, 2019 and it was significantly burnt on its underside.

This incident has greatly deterred me from ordering from Fellini's again. I understand that weekends during dinner hours are a very busy time for all pizza shops and getting customers their pizzas in an efficient time period is often crucial, but the quality of pizza is essential as well.
