I just joined as a seller after being a buyer for a few month. They have great support for new sellers and I hope that my glove shop, Gloves by Design takes off eventually. I sometimes think shipping is too high but hope that my reasonable price will also help. I know as a seller now that we are supposed to ship within 7 days. My items are handmade so this seems really reasonable to me.

Great service and prices are better the more you buy. You know you are getting the real thing on this site, for example real Swarovski products as compared to some fakes I bought on Etsy.com and Ebay.com that claimed to be real. They send out orders super fast and packed nicely. The selection is incredible. Free patterns for many jewelry items. Easy to call if you are not sure what you need!

I hope this site keeps up with things. Etsy has so many things to regret. Some of the stuff being sold is so funny and pathetic. April, keep reviewing and blasting them! Etsy is a terrible site with so much crap and copycat actions that it is laughable that they call themselves handmade at all.

Really awful customer service, even after 6 years I still have problems every few months. Recently got a new phone and someone turned off my unlimited text messaging. I got a bill for my family over $1200 and it took me 11 phone calls to get it fixed and figure out who turned it off since it was not me. It was part of my package plan. Really expensive too, as soon as my contract is up this time I will leave!

The 'free' business cards are not really free at all and costs more to get 250 free than just buy a huge box full.

Just love this site and finding other artists! I would say one down side is the number of people trying to sell their stuff on Etsy or other sites. I am more about sharing my ideas with others, getting comments on my Cosplay costumes, helpful critiques, etc... Also I have found some wonderful art prints to purchase from very talented artists.

Just the best streaming radio station. Also has great customer service if you need to contact them.

I rolled over my IRA to this company. The customer service is superior to my previous investor. They are very easy to reach and nice. Great at explaining my choices too. I would recommend this company for excellent customer service and support.

Fantastic event, really just so much fun. The costumes were imaginative and wonderful. The bands were great. Would love to have seen more vendors early on in the Event instead of later in the evening. THe early crowd with the premier tickets were all so much fun to be around and talk about our costuming experiences. Many created their own costumes. I will go again.

As a buyer this site has great support. It did not used to be this way but now you can call them easily and they respond right away by phone. For filing cases, they are also right on top of everything and quick to find solutions. I like the new changes for the five star feedback too.

Fantastic site for supplies for jewelry making, glass products, scrabble tiles and much more. Really fast service every single time and if you have a problem, you can call them! They answer and are fantastic. The service is super fast too!

Very interesting for finding some ideas and information. The reviewers are not experts usually but you can get some good information and continue on your own to check the facts.

My kids love this site! Its a great place for Anime fans with many unique reads.

Hope to see this site grow, the 20 products are nice but it is very small.

I found some really wedding items on this site for my best friend's wedding and was pleased with the service. They put out a very useful blog with lots of great DIY ideas. It has ideas for DIY and themes as well as many independent shops. Some do not have the best photos but if you can get past that, they have good prices and many handmade items that are unique. I have now started selling my lace gloves on the site after passing their criteria as a seller. I actually left Etsy because this place was so professional and nice.

Mostly ads and the staff opinion on items related to Weddings. Not much that does not seem to be from paid advertisers. They also do not respond if you ask a question. I wrote in about an item two weeks ago that was in their shop and still have not heard back. Found something similar on Artfire.com and got it already, very happy and still no work back from this site's staff.

Best site ever for books and other media. I am a Prime member now, totally worth it to be able to order items and get them in 2 days with free shipping. I love my Kindle fire HD also, so much better than my old ipad. Amazon has excellent customer service and you can call them! I always check prices and products on Amazon now before buying. Their phone app is marvelous also.

A great London based company with different shops selling handmade items from furnishings to custom t-shirts to gloves and jewelry. I really like that when I ask a question, the response time is much shorter than on Etsy. The sellers have all been approved via a screening process by the London staff first so no fake handmade stuff on this site. The picture quality tends to be better and there does not seem to be the favoritism of some sellers like Etsy either. You can search Customer favorites as well as categories or trending items. I like knowing what other customers have enjoyed instead of what staff wants to push at me.

I hope to see this site grow. I would recommend that the different sellers or shops have sections in them to sort out their items and make it easier to browse. Also, the site search engine does not seem to work at times. So in each category having different sections that are more specific would be nice. But when I have time to browse instead of looking for a certain item, I will always find something wonderful.

I joined Shoplately.com after a friend posted the 'join and get $5' coupon link. I found some very nice earrings for a gift and the shipping is a flat $2.99 which is very reasonable. I have since used it often. They have different 'shops' with individual sellers but all orders go though the main company. They have great staff that responds to questions and lots of good sales events.

I like that when I refer friends, we each get the $5 credit also. I see the site is growing but not too fast like Etsy so it has the potential to really have nice products. No seller is on Shoplately that has not been 'approved' via a screening process.

I started selling last month after being a customer and am very happy with the seller support also for my shop.

Artfire has really grown up and I have had some really pleasant buying experiences with very nice sellers. The items are actually handmade, unlike Etsy's copycats and dishonest sellers in a mass market shop. The staff is responsive and kind.
