I wanted to edit this review and let everyone know that BetterMe has fixed the issue. It was resolved to my full satisfaction. I am looking forward to continuing with this service. I respect that I was contacted and we came to a decision that served both of us. I won't change what I wrote originally as that is what lead us to this. But I did want them to know that I aprreciated their dealings with me to resolve my issue. Thanks Erin for all your help.

I would like to cancel my subscription after my 30 days I ordered

As you can see I cancelled this on Jul 9,2021 and you send a note saying you received my request and you still charged me for 2 months that shouldn't have been billed. Please reverse these charges back to my credit card and have someone contact me asap.

I never used this I downloaded the app then 2 days later deleted the app sent a cancellation email on July 19, 2021 and they responded at 7PM that day and still charged me for August and September 2021.

Appalled with the customer service I have received my order arrived yesterday and I contacted them today asking for a refund or exchange they said they don't do that even though their site claims easy returns. They lie and as far as I am concerned they steal your money and have no customer service skills at all. Very disappointed with this company and the customer service reps. Don't use this online store as it is a rip-off.
