I have purchased a 2 night deal for the Lakeside Manor in Robe S.A. through Groupon and it has been a BIG mistake.
The Staff at the Lake Manor do not answer the phone even if you call between 4pm and 8pm, as this is the only time reception is open. They do not reply to emails of messages left on message bank.
After a week on trying to contact the Manor, I decided to contact Group on, after being on hold for 28 minutes a customer service team member Nicholas finally picked up the call, he informed me that they (Groupon) have received many complaints from other purchases complaining they too could not book/redeem their voucher, however the matter was dealt with and the update from the Lakeside Manor was that the calls will be returned Soon however Nicholas would not confirm the meaning of soon... when asked 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month he just said soon.
This has been a big left down, poor customer service and no responsibility for the products they sell...
Shame on you groupon.

Description of problem: Customer called to advise us that the merchant is un-contactable.
What's been done: Advise his details will be forwarded onwards to the merchant for review and as per update he should be receiving a call back soon and should he have any further issues to reply to this email.
