01-27-2021 I ordered 3 cameras with wifi range, solar panel rechargeable. I paid a total of $795.53 from DEEP SENTINEL.
When I bought these cameras, I didn't see them come with a one-year surveillance contract, starting 30 days from the date of purchase. If I saw that, I would never buy these cameras.
Because my home computer is always seriously hacked. Hackers take control of my home computer. I have tried many times to stop the hackers but I couldn't. After I bought them, this company always emailed me asking about installing the camera system. I explained my family couldn't stop the hackers and refused many times. I didn't install the camera system. I didn't contract with this company.
I have not seen DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY's monthly security camera bill. Because I never use them. One day this company told me I owed this company money $1.200. March 2022 the debt collector called me about my debt of $1,200. I told the debt collector " My home computer has always been severely hacked. Hackers control my home computer. I didn't even install the camera system for a day. I didn't contract with this company. Why do I owe this company $1,200? "
I didn't want to owe them $1,200 any more. Before I sent my cameras, I paid $795.53. I must agree with DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY " my return camera system, Deep Sentinel will forgive an outstanding balance of $1,200. Deep Sentinel shall accept from my returned product in lieu of further attempts to collect a debt ".
After that, I asked them " My home computer has always been severely hacked. Hackers control my home computer. I never use your security camera. I didn't install them even for a day. I have not seen DEEP SENTINEL COMPANY's monthly security camera bill. Why do I debt your company $1,200 ".
They emailed back " When you purchase a system it comes with a one year monitoring contract that starts 30 days from the date of purchase "
I told them " Please don't lie to me. When I bought these cameras, I didn't see them come with a one-year surveillance contract, starting 30 days from the date of purchase. If I saw that, I would never buy these cameras " Then they didn't respond back to me.

I want to talk about the dishonesty of this vitamin company. I purchased vitamins bottles from this company. I did not check the expiry date before I opened all the vitamins bottles. Then I found the expiration date was too short. Makes me very upset.
The Vitamin C 1000mg - 2.2lbs expires on 1-2021. But this month is 06-2020. It will expire in a few months. Only I used 2.2 lbs of Vitamin C for a few months? I use half and the other half cannot be used because when it expires. I checked all the vitamin bottles, all bottles of vitamins from their company expiration date too short. Whenever I buy something online, they let customers know the expiration date of the product. When I was looking for their vitamins online they didn't show the product's expiry date. I emailed them, they confirmed that "their vitamins are good for 2021" I have purchased vitamins from many companies that have been expired for several years, not months.
