Web site is an absolute joke. It can't tell you what is in stock at the store level. And when you call to see if they have it, clear your afternoon, you can expect to be on hold forever.
As for the in store experience, don't count on any help from the staff. They don't acknowledge your presence and actively avoid you. Lastly, their parts counter staff wouldn't know a motorcycle from a horses $#*!. This company needs a MAJOR management restructure. They have no corporate philosophy that I can see. It's only a matter of time before they fold, as my experience is not singular.
