Nov 3, bought 2 items, a bike upgrade part and bike. Paid with paypal. They confirmed a different part number and only 1 item instead of 2, even got a china post tracking number. 1 week later, ask them to confirm if they are shipping the 2 items i bought. No answer, 2nd email, No Answer. On Nov 23, tracking shows that it was delivered at 10:30am according to China post tracking. But, I was a at home and no German courier rang on my door bell. Normally, the china post would have to give the package to a german courier company, german post, DPD or hermes for example. I sent the chinese company an email the same day telling them I did not receive the package. No response. 26 Nov, I asked paypal to take the money back. Let' see what happens. I am still waiting.
