This company is great! Our heating pad cord had become frayed, so I contacted them about purchasing a replacement. They emailed me back and said they would be happy to ship me a new one. They didn't ask how old it was, didn't ask for a picture of the problem, etc. They just said send your information and we will ship you a new one. What a breath of fresh air!

I was given a gift card to use toward my expenses in visiting someone after I had already made the reservation. It turns out that Airbnb will only let you use a gift card at the time you make the reservation and it can't be used to pay any remaining balance. So, it is a gift card, but it isn't really a gift card. Not an honorable business practice.
