You may look at various items to purchase but beware, they will give a different name and description of the EXACT SAME ITEM. And IF you buy it you are pretty much STUCK with it because to return it they will charge you enough return shipping so it is not even financially practical. And to top it all off THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No phone number, no link, no e-mail, nothing! Just a "help" icon that is as helpful as bailing out the Titanic with a shot glass!

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. You can get better parts for less just about anywhere AND actually get customer service too!!!!

They show and describe variants of items, BUT lo and behold, when you order them they are identical. THEN when you try to ask about it there is no phone number or customer service to inquire to. The "help" selection is somewhere between a "bad joke" and an "insult". IF you try to return an item they mis advertised or represented you are subjected to exorbitant return fees. I suggest going to the town dump, easier to deal with, same likelihood of getting what you need and easier returns!

If you return a box, EVEN IF IT WAS NEVER OPENED, you will get a "service fee" of almost half the purchase price! Beware, you have been warned!
And if they message you wanting to "talk about the problem", don't waste your time because they DO NOT respond!

Tip for consumers:
You have been warned. If you try to deal with them you WILL get ripped off!

What started out as a great help has turned into a rocket science nightmare! By the time you get through all the ads and changes EVERY TIME YOU LOG ON you could run out of gas! It is now just an EPIC WASTE OF TIME!

Tip for consumers:
A waste of time! By the time you get past all the ads, you'll be out of gas!

My Rite Aid experiences at the West State St., Alliance, Ohio store have all been good to outstanding! Amy in the pharmacy department should get a medal for the effort she puts into her job! I might pay a little more, but it is WELL worth it for the service and friendliness iIexperience every time I'm there!

Ordered their exhaust system - a "bolt on replacement - and it didn't fit. Called their "customer service" and they said "we don't actually have one to fit your vehicle, take it to a mom and pop shop and have them custom fit it". So now my $800.00 performance exhaust system can't be returned (modified) is QUIETER than the stock system and has no performance improvement.
A HUGE disappointment as well as waste of time and money. Will NEVER buy another Gibson product, I suggest you don't either. Consider yourself warned

After waiting over a month the parts I ordered finally got here and guess what, they didn't fit! Even after hours of waiting on the phone to order them with a live person to make sure that would not happen! Customer was an insult to any level of intelligence. Will not be taken by this place again!
