I placed an order about 1 month ago. I spoke with Customer Service Supervisor Josephine who told me no refund can be issued or package sent unless I file lost package with USPS. USPS informed they can not create lost package # because they never received package from Sams Beauty. I have explained this to Josephine who has been extremely rude and condescending, she said I can not have refund or items shipped without lost case number from USPS, which I explained to her several times that USPS can not provide because they never received package. Josephine keeps answering my call, she gets more rude every timeā¦ PLEASE HELP
