I lost my cat, she passed away waiting for the product... they did not allow me to cancel the product because was already shipped, the product arrived 30 days late. I needed to pay for shipping costs if I wanted a refund (only 29 from 49), so basically I lost my cat, lost my money... their refund policy is terrible... they basically keep my money and lost a costumer.

Sadly, once a package is shipped out there is no way for us to stop delivery midway for cancellation. However, our return policy gives you one full year to return products you no longer need.
