Myknows works with vendors who supply the knobs, but when somethig must be returned, myknobs waits to get their credit from the vendor before paying you. It took almost four weeks for mine. Makes you question their financial strength.
Tip for consumers:
instant credit once product is returned.

another product from myknobs. my issue was the timeliness of the return credit.
