I want Brian Trower to read this message, Evri was ment to deliver my parcel on Friday 1st of July, a very important parcel, I tracked it alday on you app, then I get a message saying your parcel was delivered, it wasn't, no one came down my road at that time, I know this because I was waiting. Guess what, I tried to call, the automated robot asks for my tracking number, then says your parcel was delivered, and hangs up the phone, your online chat same thing! So my parcel was delivered right? Yesterday I get a message for Evri saying 'sorry buy your parcel was damaged beyond repair' and I should contact the sender to arrange a replacement, why should I have to chase this? So I have used yoir service twice ( not out of choice) and both times my delivery did not turn up, this is when yoi was Hermes, that time it took 3 weeks for the vender to refund me ( over 300 pounds) which where Christmas presents. 2 times I expected parcels from your company 2 time non delivery, changing your name does not improve the service, it just shows how awful the service is that you had to change the name, I never have an issue with any other delivery company, they are more expensive but you get quality service.
