Ordered a tee for an event with time to spare. I never got a confirmation, I called and no one answered their customer service number, I emailed twice- no response. I had to go through PayPal to resolve the issue and they did get my money back. But buyer beware! Luckily I had the protection of PayPal and someone local who was able to make me the tee in time for the event.

I probably should have looked at the return policy and asked where the items were being shipped from before ordering. I was offered 50% off for representing them... I saw a super cute outfit and placed my order right away. As soon as the shipping said from China, I thought "oh great..." the outfit took about 2 weeks to come, not the worst. I couldn't even get the bra over my head, the pants were super tight. I go on and read the return policy and thought what a scam! Can't return if you have used a code, everyone uses the code! Can't try stuff on, hello! How else can you get a feel for the fit. Every legit company will take returns at least for store credit. Save your money and buy from legitimate companies. I reached out to them several times through email and DM on Instagram and no response. They have also deleted all my comments on IG. Shady and terrible, terrible customer service
