The assignment not only did not meet the deadline but it was atrocious. They keep lying to you and trick you into downloading a poorly done work you can't see the preview of before paying so that they can take your money. I was not given what I paid for, never going to use this service again, felt cheated and robbed.
Throughout the day the assignment was supposed to be given, I asked if it was going to be delivered on time, which they answered in affirmative. However, at the time it was supposed to be given they said it would take more 2 to 3 hours. I decided to wait, however, they didn't respect the time limit which they themselves made, after asking me to wait again, I did, and this repeated for 9 whole hours. When I opened I was unpleasantly surprised because of how poorly done it was, none of my suggestions were heeded, the expert didn't answer questions which were clearly asked and it seemed to have been done in a hurry. After notifying my displeasure and asking for a refund they kept dodging the question for a week and tried to keep pushing me a rework by the same expert, which I didn't want. After much pestering from my part they opened an investigation, however they refused to give me their arguments, which led me to believe that like anything else it was a lie. After all this hassle they just gave me $10 of compensation, which is only 11% of the assignment with the discount and without it merely 8%, which I'll never use because I never go to their service anymore.
If someone from their company tries saying this is a lie from the competitor just like other reviews, it's a lie, just like anything they say to you.
