I bought from them a warm white dimmable led standing lamp in August 2021. I received a cold white non dimmable one that was slightly bent. I reported this immediately to customer service (including pictures and videos) and they have been rejecting to refund me since then. They keep on closing the complaint tickets without resolving the issue, and this has been going on for 6 months. Their last feedback I received was that I have no grounds to complain because the product is usable! The managers of this company are either scammers or have no idea of what consumer rights are. Do not buy from them.

I bought a TV set from them on 20 January, and collected it. The set had to be assembled by me. Upon starting assembly on 24 January I realized the product did not meet the dimensions as per the product description and the drawers were also of the wrong size and did not fit in the structure. I reported this to Homewants on 24 January including detailed pictures. They accepted the return request subject to me repackaging the product. I notified them the product was repackaged and ready for collection on January 24 and Homewants did not respond until 29 January after chasing them. They finally collected the item on 4 February after chasing them up a few more times. Since then I have been following up to obtain the refund (which they confirmed would be processed before February 11) without response from their side.
Extremely poor customer service and attitude. I would not recommend to buy from them.
