I bought from them a warm white dimmable led standing lamp in August 2021. I received a cold white non dimmable one that was slightly bent. I reported this immediately to customer service (including pictures and videos) and they have been rejecting to refund me since then. They keep on closing the complaint tickets without resolving the issue, and this has been going on for 6 months. Their last feedback I received was that I have no grounds to complain because the product is usable! The managers of this company are either scammers or have no idea of what consumer rights are. Do not buy from them.
