“Terrible experience”

We ordered an e-ring initially on which the setting was highly uneven. We returned it and when placing a new order, we kept being given different delivery dates with only finding out by us contacting them. As a way to remediate the situation, we were offered a $5 "sterling silver" pendant. No, I would have wanted what I was promised, not some cheap pendant.
