One of THE BEST etailers out there for electronics. The reviews for products on their site is very helpful in making a decision. Their search engine is smart so you dont have to end up typing the product exactly as it's spelled (annoying that some sites still have that). Shipping is great seeing as I tend to get the free shipping and whatever I order is here earlier than estimated delivery date, and if you have shoprunner you can use that for free 2 day shipping. They have great sales during Cyber Monday and xmas. The only other site I use consistently besides newegg is amazon and that's only if the price is cheaper.

Customer service is great, often times they will fix errors in their system with orders or shipments for you before you bring it up, which is a great business ethic seeing as it's a hassle to call in for every little error that can go wrong in the process with any other business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It seems that they got people to post fake review on this site as you can see a lot of these reviewers only have ONE REVIEW completed, which is the "5 star" for this site. Also, please note that the date on a lot of the 5 star reviews are ON THE SAME DAY. This is OBVIOUSLY a scam site that uses fake reviews to get the "credibility" to get people to fall for them.

This is my go-to site for game currency. The only complaint I have is that at times they can be pricey compared to others. But with others there is also a chance you'll be scammed. Good thing is that they cover in-game taxes for your purchase(like for maplestory). Just be sure to live chat and confirm they have what you need in supply before ordering. They tend to get you your order within 10 minutes, though if they are out you are probably out of luck till the next day or two. They also have premium member rankings that is based on your total order history amount. It's a nice bonus to have 50c knocked off a purchase, but in order to get to the higher tier rankings you have to end up spending money you could use to buy a used car which is kind of ridiculous in ratio to how much it saves you. Other than that this has been a reliable site for 3 years for me so far which is a lot to say for a site that deals in what it does.

Horrible site. I've ordered from sites such as gamemk.com for game currency and whanot. I'm used to there being a chinese farmer on the other end of the computer, but man, these people are horrible. They have nearly no etiquette, start accusing you, the customer, that you aren't complying with their delivery methods when the problem is most likely on their side.

I paid with paypal, they asked me to email them with a confirmation of the order. I did so. They then asked me for my phone number to send a confirmation text which I then gave them. The text never came and I offered that the guy could call me, or I could text them. They didn't agree to either and instead insisted on sending me the text again, for which I had to wait for 10 minutes to eventually not get still. So then the guy was like "plz wait". So I replied "for what, it's obviously not going through". I then went on sitejabber to read the reviews and yikes, they were really low. I brought this up as well as the fact that I could report them to the Better Business Bureau and FBI after putting in a dispute on paypal. They were MUCH quicker to fulfill my order. The fact that they were quick to respond to threats but not quick to respond to my business shows all I need to know about this company.
