I booked for a pick up on 23.11.2015 reference MP*******, I have also received a confirmation Sms, however there has been no representative to receive the parcel.
I called several times on the number *******, but there is no response and you have to keep holding the call until it gets automatically disconnected.
The website dosent even provide for any alternate numbers.
Depending on their assurance i did not book any other Courier services and now my important work has to suffer causing great financial loss.
I am hugely disappointed with the service!
