I ordered from Japan and was so excited, but ended up knowing I never got product and just taken my money away.
I am so disappointed that I could never got what I ordered and paid for. Even worse, I had to email them over and over and ask same questions because they reply me back with no solutions.
It's been 5 months since I placed order. Since I noticed it was taking forever with the product delivered and even never got email regarding shipping, I tried asking them to track my order, with providing my address information/ order/ payment record (3 times) but bore no fruit. I made first inquiry in June, and then July, and today, but all they did was to ask me give them my info and then no response.
I totally lost their reliability. At least I want my money back.
