All in all a great, trust worthy site. Shipping is fast, they have regular sales/specials. Good company with a good reputation to back it up.

Words cannot begin to describe my frustration with this company. There is SO much wrong here. 1. No tracking numbers through the shipper (I. E. FedEx, UPS, etc.) only their "in house" tracking, which is terrible. 2. Your product takes FOREVER to arrive. 3. When your product does finally arrive, it will most likely have some sort of damage through shipping, be the incorrect part, or both, 4. Now that I mentioned incorrect parts... Their return service is TERRIBLE. They sent me a prepaid packing slip to send the incorrect part back to them, but they mislabeled the weight, so I had to cover the difference. Waited 10 days as specified by the shipper to be received by the company. At day 14 they emailed me with a confirmation stating they had received the product and my return order will be "processed" in 7-10 business days. Oh, no need to put a rush on a mistake you made, nah I'm sure the customer won't mind waiting. 12 business days later I call the company having not received an email with my correct part being shipped out, and they tell me "the part will ship out today" meaning, if that is in fact true, I will have had to wait for my part to arrive for a total of 7.5 weeks. Almost 2 months. And 1/2 of that time was in the return process. Needless to say, this company's team is not winning, they are completely useless in helping customers, and based off of this sites reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks so. I recommend you stay away from these guys. Save yourself the trouble.

Nothing is worth it. No savings are worth the immense frustration.
