My work booked Green Motion as I was in the UK doing some training. Everything started off fine, was a bit of a pain having to get a bus to the car as it wasn't situated at the airport (Gatwick) but wasn't the end of the world. Customer service seamed fine and was given a nice car, it wasn't until I got back the issues started, I had an email from Green Motion saying that I had x2 fines for crossing the Dartford crossing, coming to a total of £136, I wasn't really sure what this was as I live in Guernsey and don't drive in the Uk much, so googled it and what I had done is took a wrong turn and went over the Dartford crossing then to rectify my mistake I went back over it to continue on my journey, I was unaware I needed to pay any tolls so of course this was my fault so I paid Green motion for said fines...… or so I thought, a couple of weeks later I get a letter from the Dartford accounts team asking me to settle x2 fines of £75 if settled in less then 14 days would reduce to £35, So I contacted Green Motion as I thought I had already paid THEM for said fines only to find out that I was not charged for the fines but for ADMIN FEES! That's right!. £136 to fill out x2 forms to change the name on the fine from Green Motion to my name, almost double what the fines actually equated to. I asked a member of the Dartford Account team how long this process would take to change the name and he told me, and I quote ''It would take no more then 10min to fill out the form'' I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! RIP OFF!
I have attached the 2 bills I had, it even says at the bottom that all they had to do was send an email to change the name.
