After waiting for over a month for the order to arrive, I gave the products a try. They're pleasant enough, but there was no indication of regrowth within the 14 day trial period and I definitely can't afford $100 a month for shampoo. I foolishly believed that what I was sent a 14 day trial pkg, but after seeing an $87.95 charge 25 days later (under the name Smart Organics) I called and found out that it was a 30 day supply. Got a return authorization to return the remaining 1/2 of the products for a refund. I mailed them back when I could and then waited and called many (6 or 7) times for info about the refund each time getting the runaround. Once they transferred me to the refund mgr Fawn Pile's voicemail, but she never returned my call. Finally today, about 4 months later I got cranky. (Everyone including myself had been pleasant all along.) Cust serv agent Michael still wasn't telling me much so he offered to have me speak to his mgr, Jay, which I did.
Although my RTA was within the 30 days, I shipped it late and they received it after 30 days, so there will be no refund. I asked why they would put me through over 2 months of phone calls, like everything's okay, (last week the person told me they were mailing out a check) only to never respond.
I got about 2 weeks of shampoo & conditioner. It cost me $87.95 plus about $16 for shipping both ways. Extremely poor communication and mediocre products = pass these people up.
