They keep upping the prices, their customer service is terrible and never know what they're doing. I'm switching to another provider and ever since they found out, I've lost service every morning for a couple of minutes enough to mess with my work. They're petty to a T. Look elsewhere for service, and their mobile service too. I had a brand new phone, completely unlocked and they couldn't get it to work after two weeks of back and forth. Then they kept recommending mobile to me when I said I was shopping around for different plans, despite explaining the issues I had with them. Either they don't listen well or don't care, which you don't want in a service provider. They're cheap at the start for a reason and none of their plans match better providers, they charge double for the same speeds.
