The contractor "Owner" Mr. Carlington Barnes of this company was never on schedule he tells me a time but came 3hrs later all the times then leaving late hours all nights taking up my family times he can never keep his promises been on schedule, he never apologies, never respected my time or value me as a customer everything was about him just on his own time, he stood me up for 2 days a "No Show" then call me later in the evening about he's on another project who does that, and wanted me to trust him leaving him in my house was a mistake everything went down south, he appears to be a bit higher on his price without ever stepping into my house or seeing it when talking to him over the phone said he already had a number in mind starting with $8457 figures then when I ask to include my cabinets it went up $2500 more paying a total of $10,957. There were some issues that occur leaving strangers in my house I think was a Big mistake even though he kept saying I'm totally insured if anything were to happen to my house or in my house then I guess I should have claimed something for what happened at the final days when he was supposed to finish all his paint jobs now my living room, Dining Room and Kitchen Lights couldn't work all in a sudden and I know for a fact my electrical outlets was not bad because I had a inspection done before moving into my new house he claimed now he's fixing my electrical problems and wanted to charge me for it that he may had caused it himself making it seems that it had a problem. I feel since he's the one who prep my house before painting it like removing all the covers and he taped up all my items in the ceiling and covers them up with plastic for his painting job he tried ways to see how to make some more money from me even though he's already charging me over $10,950. For the painting of my house indoors he wanted more money, that's how you know people are money greedy he's "Money Hungry" as I will say he's a crooked if you ask me he even stole my Clorox said because I owe him for fixing my outlets said he's pressure washing his home, he's someone who's pretending to do your job and charges a high price and tries to get more out of you smh. Sometimes is hard to trust people who they claim to be is not always true is not easy trusting anyone not even if they're refered to by Home Depot. I trusted Home Depot for their referrals not knowing these Contractors can't be trusted. Lesson learned.

I ordered on 12/7/21 from Goldbelly a
Spiral Sliced Glazed Country Ham from Loveless Cafe and a Signature Whole Smoked Turkey from Lockhart Smokehouse first of all It took them 6 days to ship out my order. The Ham was to arrive on the 14th then the Turkey on the 15th, neither deliver came as promise still on this day 12/19/21 no delivery for my Christmas order that I needed now for the Christmas dinner. I as a New Customer having to experience this then told that I have an account which I know nothing of just because I made 1 purchase for the first time they refused to refund me my total $253 said they'll only give me a refund for my Ham as a courtesy regardless if I don't get my Turkey in time said I need to reorder from them because it already shipped but when I check the map with FedEx it shows still on the way but never out for delivery so is a standstill for me. And by the time I get it is not safe to eat these greedy $#*! people just want my money is very disappointed and disrespectful to manipulate a Customer for their money and no delivery as promised. I asked them from day 1 to not store my credit card on their website to please delete it they lied and said they will but to my knowledge they hadn't., because now I'm bind to some type of account and they will keep my money regardless. I told them I never planned on buying a second time with them after my first horrible experience I've had with my purchase. If I have to take this complaint at a higher level I will this is no good business practice I don't care what their policy shows you only learn of the policy after making a purchase never seen it before.

I went on Angi List/ Home Advisor online about a one time Pest Control Service, spoke to owner Todd White told him I only see roaches maybe twice a year so I only wanted a 1 time Service he explained to me all that I will get for a one time fee of $195.00 Spray indoors and in my attic and bait indoors spray outdoors and give me a 60 day warranty it sounded good so I accepted he immediately ask for my credit card payment and I gave it to him 8/30/21. I wanted a appointment next day but he called later and said he was booked and can only give me 9/2/21 I said okay.
The person who came at 11am name is Chris he was
Telling me I did not need all what I was told by Todd he even said to me it won't do any good if he goes up in the attic so I ask him why was I charge for a full service if I am not getting it, he never responded. After he left I contacted the Angi and made a complaint they did a review and filed my complaint with the business and spoke to the owner Todd White which he lies for his worker even though he was not there he said I wanted a free spray and refund said Chris spray entirely and bait in my garage which is untrue because I watch him in my garage and followed him inside my home he only sprayed no bait. I told Angi I wanted some of my money back because I felt cheated and mislead but Angi was willing to get all of my money back. They contacted the business for them to return so Chris came back to only bait part of my kitchen I ask Chris if that is all I was getting he said Yes. I told Angi I didn't want no one from this company to return after the second return that evening which shows me they're only in it for the money and a 5 star review. I did contact the owner and he cussed me out and said he's going to fight me to the end that he's not in this business to refund anyone nor to lose. So I guess my 60 days warranty is voided and my money is wasted, and loss. After the owner cussed me out and disrespected me I refused to have anyone at that business putting their feet back on my property.

I bought a washer and dryer at Home Depot at the Cascade Store in Atlanta Ga the GE Brand a month ago and delivery wasn't until October 2nd. I was thinking is the best brand that will last me for many years but I guess I was wrong. We washed clothes until late that night been we had so much dirty clothes piled up so we wash until after midnight the next day. We notice our clothes was coming out dirty with particles all over it like the same dirt from the clothes sticking with dust particles. My friend works in a Warehouse so the clothes tend to have more dirt on it and the washer doesn't clean the clothes unless you wash it a second time twice what the hell did we BUY! I decided to call Home Depot this morning to speak to Customer Service and to see if I can exchange it for a different brand because we're talking about $1,333.65 she didn't even wanted to help me with what I really wanted to do an exchange for another washer because apparently their not making GE brands like it use to be. Or maybe is Defective one or the other. I feel I Just Wasted $1,333.65 THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WAS TERRIBLE SHE SEEMS LESS CONCERN ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING THEIR PRODUCT TALKING ABOUT THAT'S THEIR POLICY IF BUY ONLINE NO RETURN UNLESS YOU CALL THEM THE SAME DAY! I TOLD HER I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE POLICY AT THE STORE AND WE DID NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE SHE SAID HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD US ABOUT THEIR POLICY, WE WENT INTO THE STORE AND I COULD HAVE CALLED THEM THAT SAME DAY BECAUSE BY THE WAY THE WASHER HAD A SMALL SCRATCH UPON DELIVERY BUT I TRIED NOT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SMALL SCRATCH MY BIGGEST CONCERN WAS THE DIRT IN THE CLOTHES STILL DIRTY ON THE 1ST WASH UNLESS YOU WASH IT A SECOND TIME FOR IT TO GET CLEAN. I'VE NEVER WASHED CLOTHES TWICE FOR IT TO BE CLEAN, SMH! I TOLD HER I WOULD NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN ITS NOT RIGHT TO TREAT CUSTOMER THAT WAY. IT IS MY 1ST AND LAST TIME, BELIEVE ME. THEY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB.

UPDATE ON MY REFRIGERATOR... I BOUGHT MY REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ON 3/19/2019 AS SOON I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS FIRST WITH THE ICE MAKER MAKING MORE ICE THAN IT SHOULD AND WAS FLOWING OVER THE MANUFACTURE CAME OUT AND FIX IT NOW I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR LIGHT BEEPING SOUND AND FLASHING LIGHTS THEN THE LIGHTS GOES OUT WHEN THIS HAPPENS. I CHECK ALL DOORS AND IS CLOSED TIGHTLY BUT MY CONCERN IS THEY KEEP COMING OUT AND CHECK IT AND FINDS NOTHING, SO I FEEL THIS REFRIGERATOR THAT I PAID OVER $4,000 DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE FOR IS EITHER REFURBISH OR DEFECTIVE AND NO ONE WANTS TO DO NOTHING ABOUT THIS BY REPLACING IT, I FEEL I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR A REPLACEMENT IF THIS IS ALL I KEEP DOING IS CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REPAIRS ON THE SAME ISSUE IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR IF THIS IS ALL I AM DOING CONTINUES TO CALLING THEM ON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR THIS
5 DOOR REFRIGERATOR ASKING THEM TO DO MORE THAN JUST COMING AND NOT GETTING NO WHERE; THEY TOOK ME FOR MY MONEY AND NOT OWNING UP TO THE PROBLEM, AND I AM TAKING TIME OFF WORK WITH NO PAY AND STILL THEY WOULDN'T WORK OUT A TIME THAT IS SUITABLE FOR ME THEY WON'T EVEN MEET ME HALF WAY ON ANYTHING NOT WITH THEIR REFRIGERATOR NOR WITH MY TIME TAKING OFF WORK. I WISH I HAD KEPT MY G. E. REFRIGERATOR LESSON LEARNED FOR ME WASTED $4,000. OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

I saw this business advertise on Facebook and I thought I could trust them so I went ahead and made a few purchase I did check a few reviews on their webpage but I guess it was a made up review scam by the same company. I spent $103.85 on a few items on September 7th it has; I followed up on it to see if it was shipped and to get a tracking number since they never sent me anything about my shipment on nor to let me know if items was shipped; On October 2nd I wrote again to ask why didn't they respond to my first email, then they wrote me back on the next day to say they sent my order out and gave me a bogus tracking number to then I checked it and is not valid or unknown so how in the hell they can't figure it out to give the correct tracking number so I waited 39 days exactly and still no customer service response and no shipment. What type of Business is this a RIP OFF, SCAM for stealing peoples MONEY! I need to stop trusting online business advertise on different websites because they're all up to no good. I can't even get my money back since they're saying after shipment there's no refund. What about the 3-4 wks. Passed and no items, by rights I should be refunded. I did made a complaint with the BBB hope this can be resolved.
