I placed an order on 9/06
Received no shipping confirmation or any communication from Life Enthusiast post order confirmation. No response to email sent on 9/13 (until right after the chat on 9/22) I finally reached out to via chat on 9/22 and they told me that they do not have the product and had no ETA on when it would be available. No apology offered and customer service representative attempted to guilt me out of cancelling by saying that would not be "putting myself ahead." Completely inappropriate.
They should not be selling products they don't have.
At the very least, they need to communicate with customers if they make a mistake.
